With over a decade of experience, Josaphin is known for her structured, advisory-led approach to complex property matters. Her work goes beyond transactions — she focuses on helping clients gain clarity around timing, positioning, negotiation strategy, and long-term outcomes, particularly in situations involving high-value assets and multiple stakeholders.

At Agile Property Group, Josaphin leads engagements across leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic repositioning of assets. She works closely with owners and decision-makers navigating expansion, consolidation, relocation, or capital reallocation, where disciplined thinking and clear execution are essential.

In parallel, Josaphin is also the voice behind josproperty, her personal advisory and thought-leadership platform, where she shares market insights and decision frameworks that support deliberate, long-term property strategies.

She holds a Master’s degree in Music and is the Founder of Stretto Music, a structured learning platform focused on performance systems and disciplined skill development. This background informs her analytical, systems-based approach to advisory work — emphasising clarity, listening, and precision in complex decision-making.

Biography
Raymond Seah has been active in the real estate industry since 2003. He began his career handling HDB transactions and gradually progressed into the private residential market, where he was extensively involved in both sales and leasing of HDB and private residential properties.

Building on this foundation, Raymond expanded his expertise into the industrial and commercial property sectors. In these segments, he has successfully managed a wide range of transactions, including sales, leasing, and assignment cases. He is also experienced in handling F&B and entertainment-related transactions, which often involve takeover fees, inventory considerations, and operational handovers.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Raymond spent 15 years as a Regional Manager with a local industrial equipment distributor. In this role, he oversaw the distribution of industrial equipment to newly established factories within overseas export processing zones, gaining valuable regional and operational experience that continues to inform his commercial real estate practice today.
